Five star tour

“Our tour took us from Mississippi where we learned how people first came to New Orleans, why they came, who they were. This started in the 1600s thru to Louisiana Purchase. We continued to Jackson Square where more history was shared. On to a house that was first owned by a free woman of color who had slaves who she had purchased. Then on to Congo Square/Louis Armstrong Park where we learned the slaves went on Sunday after they attended catholic church. Five start tour by Jill.”
