Garden District Tour Informative and Fun

“This tour company was great. We arrived late from taxi ride fraught with delays (behind street cleaners, etc.) and were frazzled. I had called ahead and one of the off duty guides, Frank, was waiting for us on the sidewalk. He assured us we’d missed only a few minutes, and walked us over to our group, which was in the adjacent cemetery. Our guide, James was super, and knew everything about every place we saw. He was also had a great sense of humor. We loved our Garden District tour with him, which took about two hours. Wear comfortable shoes and watch your step. There’s lots of rocks in the cemetery paths, and the sidewalks in the neighborhood are very uneven in spots. You will have a great time on this tour and will walk off your morning beignets. They also have a great bookstore in the same building where the tours begin; be sure and visit there after you finish the tour. Will take another one of their tours again.”
